Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we have specific guidelines regarding returns to ensure product safety and quality.
Unopened Products
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are limited to the first order of a product.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
To request a return, please email hello@psivil.com. Our team will provide instructions for completing the return.
Shipping costs are non refundable. If a return is approved, only the product cost will be refunded to the original payment method.
Opened Products
Opened products are generally not eligible for return.
However, we understand that sensitivities and allergies can occur. If you experience a medical issue or allergic reaction, please contact us at hello@psivil.com so our team can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@psivil.com. Photos of the damaged item or packaging may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved with either:
- A replacement of the same item
- A refund to the original payment method
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are not eligible for returns after the initial order.

Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@psivil.com.
